Within Berry, we produce a wide variety of medical devices at our various facilities which are intended for the pharmaceutical healthcare industry
Our standard range of medical devices includes a graduated dosing cup (code: UCP-X896) which has a capacity of 30ml. Produced in PP, this is transparent and features markings from 2.5ml to 30ml to enable accurate and simple dosing. The dosing cup can be used on both glass bottles in addition to plastic bottles which we are able to supply as a complete pack with compatible closures, the Mediloc®, PP28, which is available with Child resistant and Child resistant Tamper Evident (TE) options.
We also offer a PP double ended dosing spoon (code: UCP-X10025) which offers 1.25ml, 2.5ml, and 5ml doses. The spoon is available in white and orange, loose packed or cartridge packed.
In addition, our team have the knowledge and capability to design and manufacture customised products for medical devices, our team would be happy to discuss any bespoke requirements that you have.
Our Berry Global Norwich facility produces medical dosing devices that meet the ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 requirements including accreditation for dosing syringes supplied for a specific customer need. All our dosing devices are designed in house and our quality management system complies with Directive 93/42/EEC on Medical Devices, Annex V.
