What is EasyGo & Smart Badge Technology?

As part of your EasyGo package, you will receive 1,2 or 3 smartbadge readers depending on the EasyGo package you have purchased.

On your My Easyfairs account, you will have the capability to upload content for each of your assigned readers.

How does the smart badge work for exhibitors?

At the end of the event day, visitors who have touched on your reader(s) will receive a Visit Summary email.

As an exhibitor, you will also receive all the leads collected from your reader(s) by the end of the event. You can easily download the leads export from your My Easyfairs account.

VisitConnect is a web app offered to all our exhibitors. It is designed to help exhibitors manage the event journey for their team, collect and qualify connections at events, and share company and product information with their visitors.

With VisitConnect, you can:

  • Invite clients, partners, and prospects to join the event.
  • Set up questions for your connections that are relevant to your business, and that will help your teams in the follow-up process.
  • Make and qualify connections during events, by answering pre-set questions, and adding notes, pictures, and voice memos.
  • Review and export connections to share them with your team and manage the follow-up process.
