Do I need the app to attend the event?
No, you can still attend the event using your entrance voucher found in your confirmation email. You will be given a Smart Badge at the registration desks, but you will miss out on many smart visit features (such as AI matchmaking, interactive floorplan navigation and scheduling meetings) by not having the app.
How do I download the show app?
Simply follow this link to the app store if on mobile, or to the web version of the app. Once downloaded, you will need to log in. Your email is the one used at registration and you will find your registration ID (password) in your confirmation email.
My email isn't recognised when logging in.
Ensure you’re using the same email address you registered with – this is typically your work email. You can ask a member of the team to confirm what email address you used.
What Badge/Registration ID should I use?
Use the Badge ID or Registration ID found in your confirmation email. This ID is unique to you and grants you access to the event platform.
If you have used this app before for a previous show, e.g. London Packaging Week 2025, you will instead be prompted to enter the password you created last time.
Why can't I see all participant information?
Participants control what data they share. If some details are missing, it’s likely due to privacy settings.
What details of mine are shown on the platform?
Your name, company, job title and any other information you provided during registration are visible on your profile. Your contact details are private but can be made visible to your Connections only. You can change the visibility of this at any time via your profile settings.
