Packaging EPR Compliance
Achieve confident compliance with UK packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). Beyondly provide an efficient, bespoke way to fulfil your packaging obligation. As your dedicated compliance partner, Beyondly will act as a committed extension to your team, helping to root the packaging regulations into your business, mitigate impact, and drive positive change. Beyondly has membership solutions to ensure every type of packaging producer achieves compliance and most of all, to demystify complexities!

WEEE Compliance
Be a force for good and achieve reliable compliance with the WEEE regulations. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations (2013) became law in the UK on 1 January 2014, replacing the WEEE regulations 2006. The Regulations bring into UK law provisions of the EU WEEE Directive which was introduced with the aim of diverting electrical waste from landfill, placing the onus on producers to be responsible for the electrical items they sell when they become waste. Becoming fully compliant with the WEEE regulations and registering your business with Beyondly as a WEEE scheme member is simple, cost-effective, and online for your convenience.

Data Management
Beyondly's comprehensive, bespoke data management service is more than 10 years established, enabling companies obligated under the packaging waste regulations, including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), to save resource and ensure an accurate data submission to the regulator. Our dedicated team can pick up as much or as little as you need, guiding you through the complexities of the regulations. With a keen eye for detail and technical expertise, our data experts will act as extension of your business, to thoroughly collect, manage, securely store and analyse your data, ready for submission to the regulator.

Product Carbon Footprints
Measure the carbon footprint of a product or packaging across its life cycle. As we see Extended Producer Responsibility implemented across waste streams, understanding the full life cycle and carbon impact of your product and packaging has never been more important. Make informed decisions by understanding your products and packaging carbon footprint. What is a Product Carbon Footprint (PCF)? A PCF measures the embodied carbon or greenhouse gas emissions associated with a service, product, or packaging across its life cycle. PCFs measure the global warming potential (GWP) which is reported as kilogram of carbon dioxide equivalent (kg CO2eq). What is a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)? A LCA measures both the GWP and a range of other environmental impacts of a service, product, or packaging across its life cycle. Environmental impact can be measured through several indicators like water usage, land usage, human toxicity, eutrophication, and ecotoxicity (and many more). Let our Resource Efficiency and Circularity team measure the carbon and environmental impact of your service, product, or packaging and gain confidence towards environmental declarations and product development.

Zero Waste to Landfill
Reduce your costs associated with resource and waste management As we drive towards a circular economy, old fashioned business practices are now negatively impacting business growth, with cost associated with the management of resource and waste increasing. Zero Waste to Landfill works to reduce environmental impact by actively diverting all waste streams from landfill towards more favourable methods such as waste prevention, reuse, recycling, and energy recovery, utilising the waste hierarchy. Achieving certification is a great way to reduce costs, as well as improve corporate social responsibility. Beyondly work towards the industry standard of 99% diversion from landfill, supporting our customers to achieve beyond just landfill diversion, towards improved performance against the waste hierarchy, increased resource efficiency, and maximised circularity.

Sustainable Packaging
Prepare your packaging for EPR and minimise the impact of increased costs, by improving the recyclability of your packaging. The UK Government are changing the packaging compliance system. The amount producers pay in compliance costs will vary, with harder to recycle packaging components being subject to a higher price from 2026 (Fee Modulation). Beyondly's relationships with OPRL & Recoup enhance our service, supporting the work of our experts, to classify the recyclability of consumer packaging for products. Combining these insights, with our teams industry expertise, Beyondly has the ability to advise why an item is less recyclable and what can be done to modify the packaging. Changes to packaging takes time, requiring input across multiple departments, so Beyondly urge businesses to take action now and review their packaging recyclability.
