Full Service Manufacture
Design Plus Health & Beauty strives to be the UK’s full-service health & beauty manufacturer of choice. Working with Design Plus Health & Beauty and our team of industry experts is a preferred option for many of our current customers. Why Use Design Plus? As a full-service customer, Design Plus will manage the full process from concept to delivery, allowing our team to take away the stress and pressures of the various stages of product development and manufacture. Here's an overview of our step-by-step process from concept to shelf. 1. Customer is assigned a new business representative who will be the main point of contact throughout the project to offer support and nurture the brand’s growth 2. Onboarding meeting to understand the brand strategy and discuss project requirements. 3. Our onsite laboratory or partner innovation team at Enkos Bespoke Beauty Solutions will develop the product formulation whilst the dedicated account manager sources packaging and product requirements. Regulatory support is offered throughout this stage. 4. Samples are sent for approval, then product testing (including stability, challenge, compatibility, specific claims) can begin. 5. Following product sign off, componentry is purchased and the main production is planned in to meet agreed timings. 6. Product blending, manufacture and filling begins. Once complete, pack off takes place to agreed specification. Final quality checks are carried out. 7. Following quality sign off, our logistics centre will dispatch the finished goods.
