PadPak Senior - cushioning, wrapping, blocking, bracing
Excellent cushioning performance created by a multi-ply paper pad. The PadPak Senior is an extremely versatile 2/3-ply protective paper packaging system that can accommodate all in-the-box packaging needs and applications from cushioning to wrapping and blocking & bracing. The PadPak Senior system converts multi-ply kraft paper into cushioning pads to protect your products. Inside the converter, the paper layers are crimped together, trapping air inside the layers to form a cushioning pad. The pads can be produced on demand, or automatically pre-produced in a bin. The system is supplied with a handy remote control clearly showing information on all machine functions, settings and control possibilities. The converter can be used in vertical or horizontal position. PadPak Junior - easy to use protective packaging system
Excellent cushioning performance created by a multi-ply paper pad. The PadPak Junior is a compact machine, capable of high performance in smaller-scale packing departments. This mobile paper converter can be used in the widest variety of applications where flexibility is required. The packing system is ideally suited for use in packing environments with several packing stations. Quite simply, it can be used wherever the PadPak Junior\'s unique protective and fixing capabilities are required. Its ergonomically designed handle makes it extremely easy to use. The pad can therefore be cut to any length. PadPak LC - economical solution for protecting light, fragile products
PadPak LC combines high speed and minimum paper usage for optimal in-the-box protective packaging. PadPak LC converts 90g, fanfold kraft paper into an effective light cushioning pad for fast, efficient cushioning or blocking and bracing packaging applications. If your packaging application requires a softer pad, we can also offer you 70g paper. The unique paper converter design and its different modes of operation, allow it to be used in batch mode or for just-in-time pad production, depending on your packaging needs. The height adjustable and tiltable LC allows the operator to adapt the converter to the packing environment. PadPak CC - compact cushioning at the pack station
Customised protective packaging material directly at the workstation. The PadPak CC paper converter produces paper pads with a width of 11cm. These pads are ideal to cushion or block & brace your products in a box. Due to the pad size, the system is ideal for small and medium size boxes. The pad is very flexible in usage offering many options for efficient packaging. Your packers are able to determine per box, the exact length of material they need by pressing the foot pedal. At the moment the pedal is released, the paper pad will be cut automatically. No bin-filling and internal transportation time is needed anymore. The material is produced exactly at the place where it is needed! FillPak - relilable, end of line void fill system
FillPak offers high volume void filling with speed and cost efficiency. FillPak converts 76cm, fanfold kraft paper into a patentd PaperStar configuration for fast and efficient void filling. Everything, from the PaperStar shape, to the height of the machine, to its speed and operation, has been designed to maximize throughput and minimize cost in a high-speed void fill operation. Single-ply fanfold kraft paper allows the system to operate at extreme high speed, with virtually no ramp-up time. The unique pack design allows 5 packs to be stacked and glued together, enabling more time to focus on packing the products and providing maximum throughput. FillPak TT - eco-friendly void filling
Flexible protective packaging: The compact FillPak TT offers void filling with speed and cost efficiency. FillPak TT converts 38cm, fanfold kraft paper into a patented PaperStar configuration, for fast and efficient void filling. Place a FillPak TT at each of your packing stations to achieve maximum efficiency in packing, while minimizing material cost and usage. FillPak TT is easily operated by a foot pedal and dispenses the void fill paper directly into a box, further increasing the speed and efficiency of packing. Because of its unique design, the operator can very easily use and load the converter, allowing more time to actually pack the products thus providing maximum throughput. FillPak TT can be easily adapted to any packing environment. When electric outlets are not available the TT can be converted into a battery operated unit. Geami WrapPak
Geami WrapPak is a one-of-a kind wrapping material which offers surface protection for small fragile products. With its unique and rustic look it offers an unparalleled presentation which enhances the customer experience when unpacking a parcel. The die-cut paper is stretched into a honeycomb structure. In combination with tissue paper a wrapping material with unique properties is created. This 100 % paper-based solution is a truly sustainable alternative to bubble wrap that is made of plastic.

With a freezing point of approximately -2 degrees Celsius, RecyCold cool packs can be used to maintain temperatures between 2 to 8 degrees and -2 to -5 degrees Celsius.

Geami Wrap ’n Go™ : Replace your plastic bubble packaging with 100% paper
The latest important Pack-in-Store innovation for in-store use is the Wrap ‘n Go™ converter. This is A new patented dispenser for Geami® packaging. It expands die-cut kraft paper into a protective 3D honeycomb structure, with optional soft tissue interleaf paper. Wrap ‘n Go is sustainable, modular and easy to use, and needs no adhesive tape or cutting. A patented self-adjusting tensioning mechanism boosts performance and reliability versus copycat offerings, and reinforces Ranpaks position as a product leader in the paper wrapping space.

Geami Sheets is a small Geami box, with die-cut kraft paper that can be expanded into a protective 3D honeycomb structure. One box offers as much as 140 m2 of wrapping material and can be easily positioned below a counter.

Cut’it!™ EVO
Smaller voids and lower costs The Cut’it!™ EVO automated in-line packing machine reduces voids in parcels before shipping, cutting down on shipping costs. It automatically shortens cartons to match their highest point of filling, and then glues a lid securely in place. Products are first placed into a standard carton with a standardized footprint size. The Cut’it!™ EVO machine detects the maximum height taken up by the carton’s contents, and cuts the edges of the carton automatically, creating flaps of the excessive material. It folds the flaps over the products ready for shipping, and finally applies and glues a lid onto the folded flaps. The outcome is a smaller, easy-to-open and tamper-proof box with tear-off strips in an optimized size with minimal amount of air in the box. The machine is controlled via a user-friendly 12-inch color user interface. The online services provide optimal transparency with productivity insights, online assistance and support, including access to integrated video cameras. A capacity of up to 15 boxes/minute, make Cut’it!™ EVO an outstanding resource for high-throughput lines. The solution of choice for distribution centers worldwide Cut’it!™ EVO is used across a wide range of industries including consumer goods, beauty and healthcare, office supplies, graphic arts, electrical/electronics, and tools and hardware. The Cut’it!™ EVO machine is available for boxes in a range from 150 x 230 x 300 mm up to 450 x 650 x 470 mm. Box size can be adjusted after installation. Lid blanks are stored in a magazine which can be loaded without stopping production. Placed at a very ergonomic height, motorized and horizontal, this magazine has a standard length of 1840 mm, which offers high autonomy. Lids are extracted from the magazine with dedicated piloted suction cups.
FillPak Trident™
FillPak Trident is a 100% paper-based protective packaging solution that potentially delivers a 15% or more reduction in paper usage compared to other paper-based machines and can eliminate the use of non-sustainable plastic based package fill products like air cushions. The in-line machine features a patented triangular paper shape and can serve the dual purpose of void fill and blocking & bracing for safe product delivery in shipping. Form’it!™ Case
The Form’it!™ range offers semi-automatic equipment, enabling automation at low cost. It suits a wide range of packaging dimensions. Machines are available in 3 frames (1000, 2000, 3000), in 2 types of sealing (Hotmelt and Tape), and with single or multiple magazines (up to 4) – and also with different footprints. Machines can be supplied with self-adhesive tape, gummed tape or hot melt gluing.

Flap’it!™
Integrated packing for small products The ergonomic Flap’it!™ system is a highly effective solution that automates the packing of small products. E-commerce and logistics operations can benefit from outstanding product protection when shipping products such as books, video games, DVDs, spare-parts, and small electronics. Flap’it!-produced boxes significantly reduce damages during transport and ensure fewer product returns, thanks to integrated cushioning bumpers at box corners. The Flap’it! packaging concept uses a magazine-fed cardboard blank, which is twisted into a cross. After products have been inserted, the final package height is adjusted for a good fit. The box flaps are folded and glued together with hot-melt adhesive, making the parcel ready to ship. Small parcels can then be delivered via a letter-box. The packaging of choice for small flat products Flap’it! is an outstanding option for packing single or multiple small products (max. 325 x 250 mm). It protects products with low-to-medium fragility, without the need for additional cushioning, wrapping or void filling. The machine is easy to integrate into any typical pick-then-pack process. Increase your productivity Integrated packaging enables a five-fold increase in operator throughput. Operators simply insert products – the machine automates all other steps in the packaging process. FillPak Trident Mini
The FillPak Trident Mini™ is a 100% paper-based protective packaging solution that potentially delivers an average 20-25% reduction in paper usage compared to other paper-based machines and can eliminate the use of non-sustainable plastic-based products like airbags. Due to its triangular shaped paper pads, the FillPak Trident Mini is a flexible and easy to use packaging solution that can serve in void fill applications while providing additional blocking, bracing, and fixation for safe product delivery in shipping. KEY FEATURES Easy loading A simple loading process saves time and improves efficiency. This makes FillPak Trident Mini an ideal choice for high-volume environments like 3PL, fulfillment and distribution centers. Sustainable thermal protection for food and beverages The insulating power of paper protects temperature sensitive items during shipping by using RecyCold® climaliner™. A paper thermal liner which protects frozen, chilled and ambient products from temperature fluctuations up to 48 hours. Climaliners are ready-to-use on delivery. For convenience, standard liner lengths are pre-defined. In total, 90% of our customers’ demands can be met using these standard solutions. All liners are shipped to your location, ready to use, via our experienced and dedicated distributor network. YOUR BENEFITS Sustainable RecyCold climaliner is >98.5% paper, making it recyclable, renewable, and biodegradable. Both paper and glue content are accepted in paper recycling streams (confirmed by the European Paper Recycling Council (EPRC).
