Roberts PolyPro provides complete handle and multipack packaging solutions designed to help brands improve functionality, reduce costs and support sustainability goals. For nearly three decades, the company has partnered with businesses of all sizes to develop innovative solutions for bottles, cans, boxes and other packaged products.
Our portfolio includes plastic multipack carriers, rings, bottle handles and other packaging fixtures, along with semi-automatic and fully automatic inline application machinery. Roberts PolyPro designs its solutions to use as little plastic as possible without compromising quality or performance. As of the first quarter of 2024, all Roberts PolyPro LDPE and HDPE plastic multipacking products are 100% biodegradable following independent scientific testing.*

Injected Molded Multipack
Building on our 25 years of injection-molded product experience, we are now offering 100% recyclable HDPE injection molded bottle handles in 2-pack, 3-pack, and multipack configurations. The injection-molded bottle handles have the same features as our flat sheet bottle handles. Available in 2-pack and 3-pack configurations, the injection-molded multipack bottle handle solutions are ideal for beverages, club stores, consumer goods, and automotive industries. These HDPE 2-pack handles are flexible and efficient, designed to run on fully automatic systems. The injected-molded multipack handles are sustainable, reliable, and efficient. These multipack bottle handle solutions are flexible to meet the unique requirements of diverse applications.
Single Bottle Handles
Our single bottle carriers and convenience handles are resourcefully manufactured for carrying, handling and pouring large, heavy bottles. These customizable bottle carrier solutions are ideal for ready-to-drink beverages (RTDs) and consumer goods applications, including water, juice and edible oils. Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE #2), our single-bottle convenience handles are thoughtfully designed to integrate with the bottle itself and be discarded as one item. They’re 100% recyclable and can be recycled in most areas with public recycling programs. HDPE can be downcycled into plastic lumber, tables, roadside curbs, benches, truck cargo liners, trash receptacles, and other durable plastic products. Designed with up to 20% less plastic, our single bottle carriers are up to 75% thinner and 25% less costly than competitor products, without compromising form or function. To ensure a sturdy, durable handle, our single bottle carriers are available in 38mm, 43mm and 48mm cap sizes, with custom sizes upon request. Supplied in a welded cartridge format, application of our single bottle carriers and handles is efficient, requiring no orientation. Our intermittent motion applicator applies single bottle carriers and convenience handles at speeds up to 60 bottles per minute, while our continuous motion applicator performs at speeds up to 200 bottles per minute with a high-capacity magazine for a 45-minute reload cycle.
Multipack Bottle Handles
Trusted by industries including ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages, club stores, consumer goods, and automotive, Roberts PolyPro offers a wide range of sustainable multipack bottle handles that are easy to apply, comfortable to carry, and up to 25% less costly than competitor products. Available for 2-, 3-, 4-, 6-, and 8-packs, and for a variety of cap sizes, our durable handles are ideal for reliably carrying large quantities of bottles of juice, water, soda, and more, without a thick and uncomfortable feel. Roberts PolyPro also designs custom bottle carrier solutions for almost any multipacking challenge. Made from 100% biodegradable* high-density polypropylene (HDPE #2), our multipack bottle carriers are a testament to our sustainability commitment. They also use up to 30% less plastic and are up to 75% thinner than competing HDPE handles, meaning they cost less to ship and require less space for storage. Regardless of bottle size and multipacking configuration, we provide reliable application machinery suitable for operations of any size. Ranging from manual to robotic continuous motion, our technology ensures quick, precise application whether you’re packing 100 cases of product or 10,000. To help you get started quickly, we ship minimum orders of one case for in-stock parts. With entry-level and fully automated applicator options ranging from intermittent motion systems handling up to 12 cases per minute to continuous motion systems reaching up to 600 bottles per minute, we provide scalable solutions to streamline your operations and grow with your business.
Craft-Pak® Versa Can Carriers
Craft-Pak® Versa was created to provide customers with a sustainable, cost-effective and reliable multipacking solution that could easily integrate into their existing canning line. When it comes to multipacking, no matter the size of your operation, investing in an applicator is just that — an investment. We understand many canned beverage businesses don’t need to upgrade their applicators now or even in the near future. That’s why we designed the Craft-Pak Versa. While our traditional Craft-Pak carriers are designed to work with Roberts PolyPro applicators, Craft-Pak Versa carriers were designed with applicator versatility in mind. Craft-Pak Versa protects your capital equipment investment by working seamlessly with most applicators not manufactured by Roberts PolyPro. In addition to versatility with applicators, what makes Craft-Pak Versa different from competing high-density polyethylene (HDPE) can handles? Most notably, Craft-Pak Versa — along with our full line of HDPE and low-density polyethylene (LDPE) multipacking solutions — is 100% biodegradable*. Craft-Pak® Can Carriers

Craft-Pak can handles also offer cost savings. On average, our customers save up to 25% or .03¢ to .05¢ per 4- and 6-pack.
