As a Spiro Pack carton is densely packed and expands to ten times it's size, a lot less space is taken up on the packing station, this also aids in reducing material handling and staff time moving the product to the packing station. Spiro Pack is a mess free product, when removed from the carton it maintains it's spiral shape. No mess, no dust, no waste and also no need for a face mask. Studies ran on a 10g box of Spiro Pack and Crinkle Cut show Spiro Pack filling 278 boxes VS Crinkle Cut's 21, that is a 1,200% increase on boxes filled. This means huge cost savings as lower quantities of product are needed to ship X amount of boxes. Spiro Pack can be manufactured in custom colours and custom printed on one or both sides.
