ZEROBOX
About us
Every year, billions of cardboard boxes are used once and thrown away.
The logistics industry has normalised this — but the financial and environmental cost is no longer acceptable.
ZEROBOX was built to change that. Our high-durability, demountable packaging system is designed for closed-loop B2B logistics — transforming packaging from a consumable expense into a long-term infrastructure asset.
The numbers speak for themselves:
— Financial breakeven vs. cardboard: 25 cycles
— Carbon breakeven vs. cardboard: 15 cycles
— Repairable design with 500+ cycle lifespan
— Direct-to-Manufacturer model for enterprise scale
Two Red Dot Awards 2026. Built to last.

ZEROBOX - Use Case: Reusable Delivery Boxes
ZEROBOX for deliveries: A couple of unmatched socks taught me a simple lesson in design: One hole in a favorite sock makes the pair useless, creating 50% waste. So I switched to identical black socks. When one fails, I replace only that sock without creating any extra waste. The same logic applies to ZEROBOX. Most storage boxes are single pieces. One crack means 100% waste—even if the rest is intact. Like a puzzle with pieces glued together: if one piece breaks, the whole picture is ruined. ZEROBOX is modular, built from interlocking identical plates. For example, a box of the size 3x2x1 uses 44 plates. If damage occurs, you replace just that plate—not the whole box. That's about 2% replacement instead of 100%, cutting waste by ~98%. Stop throwing away what still works. Built for repair and reuse, not replacement!
