Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
o Identify opportunities to grow the laminated & plastic tube business in Central West Europe
o Providing feedback to the organization on capability gaps and changes in market requirements
o Analytical capability to slice and dice market into target segments and to acquire significant share in target segments
o Show regular presence at targets in order to present innovation/samples and quotations
o Provide customer link to customer service and project team

Requirements:
o Marketing or Engineering degree preferred
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
o Previous sales experience in the flexible packaging/label industry recommended
o Full command of written and spoken English and German
o Working out of home office in Central West Europe
