Launching the grip® Hi-Lo Pallet Film Applicator, an innovative pallet wrapping tool designed to improve operator safety, reduce physical strain, and deliver more consistent pallet wrapping performance.

Allpack has launched the grip® Hi-Lo Pallet Film Applicator, a lightweight manual wrapping tool designed to improve safety, reduce operator strain and deliver more consistent pallet film application. Created to tackle the everyday challenges of hand pallet wrapping, the applicator allows users to apply stretch film from floor level to pallet height while remaining in a more natural standing position. This helps reduce repetitive bending, reaching and twisting, supporting safer manual handling across warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing sites, retail operations and logistics environments.

Traditional hand wrapping can place unnecessary pressure on the back, shoulders and knees, particularly where pallets are wrapped frequently or across multiple shifts. The grip® Hi-Lo Applicator helps remove this strain by enabling smoother, controlled wrapping from the base to the top of the load. Its ergonomic design supports quicker wrapping, improved operator comfort and more uniform film tension, helping businesses enhance load stability, reduce the risk of product damage and optimise film usage.
