We are proud to announce the successful commissioning of our first-ever colored glass furnace at Sunrise Glass Industries Pvt. Ltd., a significant step forward in our journey as a full-spectrum container glass manufacturer. This new furnace is dedicated to producing amber and green glass bottles—commonly used in the beer, beverage, and liquor segments—and is equipped with advanced NNPB (Narrow Neck Press and Blow) lines, ensuring precision forming, lightweighting, and improved container strength.

With a daily melting capacity of 225 MT and fully automated inspection systems, this facility brings world-class production capabilities and enhanced flexibility in serving global markets. The new furnace also supports sustainability goals, integrating clean energy and efficient cullet recycling, while enabling Sunrise Glass to offer color customization with consistent quality.
