SENIOR SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER
Rachel is the Senior Sustainability Manager at L’OCCITANE UK & Ireland.
After more than 10 years in Marketing Procurement, she transitioned into Sustainability, bringing with her a strong commercial foundation and cross-functional experience. Having been with L’Occitane en Provence for over six years, Rachel has increasingly focused on embedding sustainability across the business.
Her passion for sustainability began with student conservation projects and has since evolved into a career dedicated to driving meaningful environmental and social impact. She has led and supported a wide range of initiatives, including measuring and reducing carbon emissions, minimising environmental impact, supporting B Corp accreditation, driving NGO partnerships, and raising awareness of L’Occitane en Provence’s sustainability strategy across the organisation.
Rachel was also part of the founding team behind the Great British Beauty Clean up campaign and is passionate about the collective impact the beauty industry can achieve when businesses collaborate to drive positive change.
