Malorie Lacoste is the Product Manager at Penhaligon’s, where she leads the development of new products and packaging solutions for the British fragrance house. Working at the intersection of innovation, design and brand heritage, she collaborates with technical and supply chain teams to bring new creative concepts to market while preserving the distinctive identity of the brand.
With more than five years of experience in luxury product development, Malorie has worked across the fragrance and beauty industry, from LVMH to Puig. Throughout her career, she has specialised in bringing innovative products and packaging concepts to life, balancing creativity, strategy, craftsmanship and operational excellence.
