Plan your visit to London Packaging Week 2025 at Excel, London

Getting there

Train

Check your event listing for the entrance for your event. All DLR trains towards Beckton/Gallions Reach will stop at Custom House and Prince Regent.

Plane

London City Airport: Located just over 1 mile from the Excel, It is only a 25 minute walk or a 10 minute journey on the 472 route bus.

London Heathrow Airport: The Elizabeth Line operates Monday – Saturday and can get you to Excel within 52 minutes.

Underground

Getting to Excel London has become even simpler with the opening of the Elizabeth Line! The line operates Monday – Saturday and can get you to Excel within 20 minutes from central London and in 43 minutes from Heathrow.

Car

If you’re arriving via the M11, the North Circular (A406) or the A13, as you get closer to Excel you’ll pick up signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and Excel London.

Bus

Routes 147 & 241 bus run between Stratford City and Canning Town, which is approximately 40 minutes. You can check the routes of your journey on the TFL Go App.

Getting there by train

Olympia London is the only venue in London with a dedicated rail station – Kensington (Olympia). It’s served by the London Overground and National Rail networks.

The quickest way to reach Kensington (Olympia) Station from the London Underground would be to change at West Brompton to the London Overground line, just one stop away.

Alternatively, a further five Underground lines are connected only a short walk away. When you arrive at the station, follow signage to the entrance on Blythe Road.

Getting there by car

From M4/A4/M1/A1/M11/A10 take the A406 westbound to A4. Continue on A4 over Hammersmith Flyover, turn left onto the B317 (North End Road) and follow signs.

From A3/M3 follow signs for central London, take Wandsworth or Putney bridges. From Wandsworth Bridge, turn left onto New Kings Road, turn right onto Fulham High Street, which becomes Fulham Palace Road. At Hammersmith roundabout turn right onto Hammersmith Road and follow signs. From Putney Bridge, turn left onto Fulham Palace Road and follow directions as above.

From M2/M20/A2 follow signs to central London, take Blackfriars, London, Waterloo, Vauxhall, Southwark, Chelsea or Battersea bridges, turn left along Embankment and follow signs.

From A12/A13 follow signs for central London towards Tower or London Bridge. Don’t cross the bridge, and instead continue along Embankment and follow signs.

Getting there by plane

Gatwick – Simply jump on the 30 minute train from Gatwick to Clapham Junction. Then change onto the Overground, direct to Kensington (Olympia).

Heathrow – The Piccadilly line goes straight to Hammersmith. Olympia is only a 5 minute bus ride, or 12 minute walk away.

Stansted – The Stansted Express goes to Liverpool Street. Then change onto the Central line for Shepherd’s Bush, and take the Overground one stop to Kensington (Olympia).

City Airport – Take the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) to Bank. Change onto the Central line for Shepherd’s Bush and take the Overground one stop to Kensington (Olympia).

Luton Airport – Take a train from Luton Airport to St Pancras. Change onto the Victoria line for Oxford Circus. Then change onto the Central line for Shepherd’s Bush, and take the Overground one stop to Kensington (Olympia).
