The DM-JETLINER® 2D achieves exceptional metallisation effects on paper and plastic labels during the digital printing process. Utilising the 'Inkjet on Foil' application method, our digital transfer solution for web-fed printing offers precise flat digital embellishment. This high-performance module has brought together a collaboration with HP Indigo, integrating our DM-JETLINER 2D digital pre-print foil unit with the HP Indigo 6900 Digital Press. This integration streamlines the production of premium labels with metallic effects in a single pass. Following the application of metallisation onto the unprinted substrate via a UV-curing adhesive, the PET carrier is removed, allowing subsequent overprinting within the printing machine. The digital transfer process is seamlessly integrated inline with your digital printing setup, positioned upstream of the digital colour printing. The DM-JETLINER 2D represents a pioneering digital embellishment unit, compatible with a variety of substrates, including plastic and paper materials.

With a high printing speed and maximum resolution of 600 dpi, the DM-MAXLINER® 3D represents the ideal digital embellishment solution for print shops specialising in packaging, commercial printing, web-to-print, and letterpress applications. Capable of varnishing and metallising in a single step, it accommodates large-format projects up to sheet size B1, including packaging, brochures, and personalised prints. To achieve flexible enhancements with tactile effects and metallic designs, the DM-MAXLINER® 3D employs two key processes: digital spot coating and digital metallisation. For your digital finishing needs, you have the option to choose between the basic system, which includes the DM-MAXLINER® 3D with an inkjet unit, and the premium system, which integrates both the inkjet unit and the DM-unit for DIGITAL METAL® in one comprehensive solution.

The name says it all: Our DM-UNILINER stands for its universal applicability. The digital metallisation unit, which is independent of printing systems and equipped with inkjet technology, was designed for the narrow-web sector. The special feature: metallisation can be applied in pre-print or post-print processes. The overprinting of the metallised designs or holographic structures creates a variety of iridescent color and light effects. Without influencing the production speed of your conventional or digital printing presses, the downstream metallisation process enables, among other things, individualisation such as variable motifs, thus allowing the visually sophisticated late stage customisation of your designs. In all cases, the decorative layer is transferred without the PET carrier remaining. The DM-UNILINER transfer machine offers you maximum flexibility in terms of finishing time – for smooth, fast processes with low amounts of waste. Its performance and process reliability are specifically tailored to industrial requirements, so that finishing, even of the shortest runs, always remains profitable. Real metal effects in digital printing: Our DIGITAL METAL® concept gives you the option of creating digitally printed products and packaging with real metal effects.
