Paper Void Fill Packaging Machines
Paper Void Fill Machines instantly create paper void fill and packaging to almost any size, so you can protect loose products from shocks and knocks in transit or storage. For simple bracing, blocking or wrapping, choose a mobile void fill machine that delivers crimpled paper on demand. This holds its shape for longer and is ideal for long-distance shipping or items in long-term storage. Our FillPak® TTC machine is one of our most popular. It is an automatic system with integrated cutting tool, is height adjustable and equipped with a pivot to help loading, so is ideal for those who want large quantities of void-fill at speed. It reforms fan-fold paper at a rate of 1.4 metres per second and only one pallet of paper creates 72 cubed metres of material. The paper gets dispensed directly at the operator, speeding up the packing process, and the automatic foot control allows both hands to remain free. Also, it can be used free-standing or fixed to a table or work bench. For areas where space is limited: introducing the FillPak® Mini, Ranpak™'s most compact void fill packaging machine to date. Paper Cushioning provides greater protection than paper void fill, it’s specifically a better protector when used with heavier or more delicate items as they are in most need of a cushion rather than just the suspension of void fill. The systems we have for sale make it easy to provide paper cushioning for your products that protects and supports while still being fully recyclable. Why do I need a machine in one word? Efficiency. With one of our machines you can easily dispense just the right amount of paper for the box you’re trying to fill, save space by storing the paper in a smaller form prior to dispensing and save time by making it easier than ever to properly fill a box. Air Void Fill Packaging Machines
RAJAPACK UK have a range of air void fill machines that are perfect for protecting products from bumps and scrapes, before and during transit or storage. For small production lines (up to 500 packages per day) or when you need void fill for up to 4 workstations, we recommend our AirWave Pillow System. It has programmable settings; optional bluetooth connectivity; requires minimal set up and with biocompostable cushions it offers an eco-friendly void fill option. For medium to large production lines (600-2000 packages per day), our Fill-Air Rocket machine produce up to 30m of cushion per minute, and with a quiet mode that reduces operational noise levels, it is ideal for use in busy or confined spaces. 1 roll of Rocket film is equivalent to 30 bags of traditional loose fill, so its space saving and economical too.

Envelopes & Mailing Bags
Paper mailing bags, kraft mailing bags, paper postage bags, and eco postal bags for plastic-free despatch of clothing, soft goods, and e-commerce orders. Manufactured from FSC-certified and PEFC-certified kraft paper in single-ply and heavy-duty 2-ply constructions. Moisture-repellent surface treatment, reinforced weld seams, and serrated edges for handling safety. Kerbside recyclable with paper and cardboard streams: nothing to remove. Recipients dispose of paper mailing bags in the standard household paper recycling bin alongside envelopes and cardboard, with no specialist collection needed.
