For small production lines (up to 500 packages per day) or when you need void fill for up to 4 workstations, we recommend our AirWave Pillow System. It has programmable settings; optional bluetooth connectivity; requires minimal set up and with biocompostable cushions it offers an eco-friendly void fill option.

For medium to large production lines (600-2000 packages per day), our Fill-Air Rocket machine produce up to 30m of cushion per minute, and with a quiet mode that reduces operational noise levels, it is ideal for use in busy or confined spaces. 1 roll of Rocket film is equivalent to 30 bags of traditional loose fill, so its space saving and economical too.
