Gabriella was born in Venezuela, is a postgraduate from Exeter University and is fluent in three languages. She has lived in different countries which has offered her varied cultural perspectives and working dynamics. She is a hand’s on, experienced Operations or Unit Manager with a proven track record in leading SME sized manufacturing and distribution/logistics businesses. She has significant sales management, customer services, e-Commerce B2C logistics, finance and HR experience. Her bubbly and enthusiastic personality is unique and she is a well-motivated professional with good leadership and interpersonal skills which help strengthen relationships with internal and external teams. She is a genuine problem solver, proficient in the challenges of managing a small unit within an international ownership/reporting structure. Although, she is relatively new to marketing world, her extensive packaging and manufacturing experience have already played a role in growing the business at Appetite Creative. At Appetite Creative she is the Client Services Director.
