Peter leads the delivery of digital services within the Collection and Packaging reforms programme within Defra, specifically the development of the new Extended Producer Responsibility Scheme service that will be used by packaging producers to register with the new scheme report the amount of packaging placed on the market and meet their disposal cost obligations.
