      OPRL

OPRL is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping consumers recycle more effectively. We work closely with brands and retailers and those throughout the packaging supply chain, offering expert guidance on packaging recyclability and helping them label packaging correctly. Our goal is to empower consumers to make informed recycling decisions at the point of disposal. Recent independent research (April 2025) shows that labelling remains the primary way consumers know what they can recycle, and 2/3 say they'd rather buy from brands that use clear recycling labels. Members gain access to our trusted recycling labels, exclusive tools and resources, and technical expertise from our Member Support Team. We also represent our members at key industry discussions to ensure their voices are heard. OPRL's team and tools can also help you reduce Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR) fees. We're committed to continuously developing new labels, tools and services to adapt to industry changes and keep our members ahead. Paktech

At PakTech, we believe packaging can and must do more. Based in Eugene, Oregon and partnering with brands across the globe, we design and manufacture premium recycled packaging handles and automated application equipment that help consumer product companies rethink plastic, reduce waste, and strengthen their environmental performance. Our mission is simple: give plastic a second life and keep it in circulation, not in the environment. Whether carrying cans, bottles, jars, multipacks, household goods, or personal care items, PakTech solutions enable brands to meet evolving sustainability expectations while delivering functional value and enhancing shelf presence. Every PakTech carrier is engineered for durability, usability, and brand impact. Made from 100 percent recycled HDPE sourced from post-consumer material, our packaging demonstrates how recovered plastic can become a high-performance, appealing, and responsible component in the consumer goods supply chain. To date, PakTech has repurposed more than one billion containers, preventing over 120 million pounds of plastic from entering waste streams. And the cycle does not end there. PakTech handles are fully recyclable again, enabling a third life as composite lumber, garden products, park furniture, or new PakTech handles. Many of our handles are also reusable multiple times, extending material value beyond a single use. This is circularity in action: reduce, reuse, repurpose, recycle. PakTech’s design philosophy is purposefully minimal. Our carriers secure and lift products without covering or obscuring branding, allowing companies to maintain visibility while adding convenience for consumers. From food and beverage to household and personal care products, PakTech solutions provide reliable transport, storage, and merchandising benefits across the retail landscape. We help brands move beyond basic compliance by offering colour-coordinated options that strengthen recognition and shelf appeal while supporting cleaner contact surfaces. Whether a small producer or a major manufacturer, PakTech offers flexible application methods, from simple manual use to fully automated systems capable of processing more than 1,500 units per minute. What sets PakTech apart is responsiveness, rapid turnaround, technical capability, and measurable sustainability performance. Our value lies not only in our packaging, but in the environmental outcomes we help create: reduced reliance on virgin plastic, proven waste diversion, and packaging that aligns with the principles of circular economy thinking embraced across Europe. For brands seeking to rethink plastic, not eliminate it but transform it, PakTech offers a proven pathway. We demonstrate that plastic can be part of a sustainable solution when it is designed responsibly, recovered effectively, and kept circulating at its highest utility. Discover how PakTech is reshaping consumer packaging. Experience 100 percent recycled, fully recyclable solutions that elevate products, support circularity, and deliver value for both brands and the environment.
