This high-performance module has brought together a collaboration with HP Indigo, integrating our DM-JETLINER 2D digital pre-print foil unit with the HP Indigo 6900 Digital Press. This integration streamlines the production of premium labels with metallic effects in a single pass. Following the application of metallisation onto the unprinted substrate via a UV-curing adhesive, the PET carrier is removed, allowing subsequent overprinting within the printing machine. The digital transfer process is seamlessly integrated inline with your digital printing setup, positioned upstream of the digital colour printing. The DM-JETLINER 2D represents a pioneering digital embellishment unit, compatible with a variety of substrates, including plastic and paper materials.
