Working with Design Plus Health & Beauty and our team of industry experts is a preferred option for many of our current customers. Why Use Design Plus? As a full-service customer, Design Plus will manage the full process from concept to delivery, allowing our team to take away the stress and pressures of the various stages of product development and manufacture. Here's an overview of our step-by-step process from concept to shelf. 1. Customer is assigned a new business representative who will be the main point of contact throughout the project to offer support and nurture the brand’s growth 2. Onboarding meeting to understand the brand strategy and discuss project requirements. 3. Our onsite laboratory or partner innovation team at Enkos Bespoke Beauty Solutions will develop the product formulation whilst the dedicated account manager sources packaging and product requirements. Regulatory support is offered throughout this stage. 4. Samples are sent for approval, then product testing (including stability, challenge, compatibility, specific claims) can begin. 5. Following product sign off, componentry is purchased and the main production is planned in to meet agreed timings. 6. Product blending, manufacture and filling begins. Once complete, pack off takes place to agreed specification. Final quality checks are carried out. 7. Following quality sign off, our logistics centre will dispatch the finished goods.

Geami EX Mini is a handy dispenser box designed to expand die-cut kraft paper into a protective 3D honeycomb structure. The box design enhances in-store experience, directly demonstrating a brand’s sustainability commitment to customers.

Geami Sheets is a small Geami box, with die-cut kraft paper that can be expanded into a protective 3D honeycomb structure. One box offers as much as 140 m2 of wrapping material and can be easily positioned below a counter.

The latest important Pack-in-Store innovation for in-store use is the Wrap ‘n Go™ converter. This is A new patented dispenser for Geami® packaging. It expands die-cut kraft paper into a protective 3D honeycomb structure, with optional soft tissue interleaf paper. Wrap ‘n Go is sustainable, modular and easy to use, and needs no adhesive tape or cutting. A patented self-adjusting tensioning mechanism boosts performance and reliability versus copycat offerings, and reinforces Ranpaks position as a product leader in the paper wrapping space.

Geami WrapPak is a one-of-a kind wrapping material which offers surface protection for small fragile products. With its unique and rustic look it offers an unparalleled presentation which enhances the customer experience when unpacking a parcel. The die-cut paper is stretched into a honeycomb structure. In combination with tissue paper a wrapping material with unique properties is created. This 100 % paper-based solution is a truly sustainable alternative to bubble wrap that is made of plastic.
