This valuable rPET raw material finds its way into countless everyday products. By advancing rPET production, we’re taking a significant step towards a true circular economy. Our advanced PET carriers expertly apply wafer-thin layers of varnish to your product's surface. Once the renowned KURZ finish is complete, the PET carrier is seamlessly removed and recycled using our cutting-edge RECOSYS® system. This process creates high-quality rPET, perfect for a wide range of applications, including technical textiles. By participating in RECOSYS®, our customers receive a prestigious recycling certificate, verified by the esteemed environmental experts at Intechnica Cert GmbH. This certificate not only underscores the transparency and traceability of the process but also provides insightful data on annual CO2 savings. Impressively, RECOSYS® can help reduce scope 3 emissions—greenhouse gases across an entire value chain—by up to 90%. This is accomplished through smart practices like avoiding the incineration of carrier materials, lowering product carbon footprints (PCF), and conserving resources by eliminating the need for primary raw materials in PET extraction.

Recycled HDPE All HDPE bottles of the SHB range from 75g contents are now also available in recycled material. Both for the washing and cleaning industry as well as for the personal care area of our products we now offer suitable materials. These have been reviewed and approved by the PAH, ROH and REACH Declarations for detergents and the FDA NOL and the EU Cosmetics Declaration of Conformity for the personal care bottles. Our personal care material is made from milk-, juice- and water containers, which are recovered through closed deposit systems. The recovered plastics are then cleaned, shredded, melted and regranulated. Since only varietal HDPE material is used by this procedure, the conformity for the cosmetics sector can be ensured. Our detergents HDPE material is made from assorted yellow bag plastics and collected beach plastic. Again, sorting is done first, then cleaned, shredded and melted before being granulated again. For convenience, standard liner lengths are pre-defined. In total, 90% of our customers’ demands can be met using these standard solutions. All liners are shipped to your location, ready to use, via our experienced and dedicated distributor network. YOUR BENEFITS Sustainable RecyCold climaliner is >98.5% paper, making it recyclable, renewable, and biodegradable. Both paper and glue content are accepted in paper recycling streams (confirmed by the European Paper Recycling Council (EPRC).
