Thermoformed trays offer an efficient and cost-effective packaging solution, particularly for high-volume food applications. They enable lightweighting without compromising strength, helping to reduce material usage and transportation costs. Tooling is typically faster and more economical than injection moulding, allowing greater flexibility for bespoke development. With options in rPET and PP, thermoformed trays can also deliver strong recyclability and sustainability credentials.
