As Sustainability Affairs Manager, my role involves guiding CTPA and its members through CTPA’s Sustainability Strategy, ‘Driving Towards a Net Positive Cosmetics Industry’. By building capacity within CTPA and membership, fostering collaborations and advocating on behalf of the industry, I work to better understand the challenges facing us all to focus on industry-wide solutions. I manage the Environment & Sustainability Working Group and lead the Association’s engagement with key sustainability stakeholders. I am also responsible for coordinating industry responses to Government consultations under its Resources & Waste Strategy.
