Danish packaging leader, Faerch, has unveiled an innovative tumbler range tailored for the food service sector, integrating 30% post-consumer recycled material while maintaining full recyclability. The new range, equipped with various capacities and four universally compatible lid designs, promises not only streamlined supply chains but also enhanced versatility and user convenience.
The Tumbler series reflects Faerch’s steadfast commitment to sustainability, boasting audited certification to validate its use of recycled PET in food packaging. David Lucas, the company’s sales director for food service, emphasized the significance of incorporating post-consumer content, highlighting it as a crucial aspect in optimising material utilisation. Lucas asserted, “The amount of recycled post-consumer content in food packaging is a key indicator of more efficient use of our existing materials, and consumers, as well as legislators, expect full transparency.”
Faerch’s latest offering stands as a testament to its dedication to eco-conscious solutions in the packaging industry, catering to the growing demand for sustainable alternatives in the on-the-go beverage market.
