- Health & safety form
- Risk assessment
- grid plan – download the grid plan template, complete and return to lpw_ops@easyfairs.com
- Shell request form – compulsory for all space only stands and for any shell scheme stands wishing to remove items from the stand package.

| Wednesday 3rd September 2025 | Complete and return Grid Plan, please e-mail to lpw_ops@easyfairs.com |
| Wednesday 3rd September 2025 | All stand plans and RAMS must be sent to admin@opssquad.co.uk, Contractor Contact Details, Detailed Stand plans, including all measurements/dimensions, Risk Assessment, Method Statement , Type of Flooring you will be using , Electrical Plans, Rigging Plans, if applicable |
| Wednesday 17th September 2025 | Last chance to order graphics for your stand via the web-shop |
| Wednesday 24th September 2025 | Last chance to send artwork files to be printed for your stand |
| Monday 6th October 2025 | 'MyEasyfairs' Online shop will close. Last chance to order! |
