Ben Saltmer

Ben Saltmer is an experienced designer with over 15 years in the automotive and lifestyle design industries, currently serving as Product & Lifestyle Design Manager at Bentley Motors. Joining Bentley in 2013 as a CMF designer, Ben contributed to key models such as the EXP 10 Speed 6 and Mulsanne Design Series. He later moved to Bentley’s bespoke division, Mulliner, where he designed Limited Edition cars and worked directly with clients on unique commissions. In 2020, Ben returned to Bentley as a VIP Design Specialist, travelling globally to work with customers to personalise their cars. In 2023, Ben took on his current role, overseeing Bentley’s product design, architecture and spaces, brand collaborations and lifestyle projects. He has led the design on many Bentley brand partnerships including: The Macallan and Naim & Focal, as well as the Bentley Home furniture range, the Bentley Residences Miami real estate project and the Bentley Record Room at Co-Op Live. His extensive expertise in materiality and design continues to shape Bentley’s future creative direction. Ben holds a degree in Automotive Design from Coventry University, where he graduated in 2009. Prior to Bentley, Ben had already built his name within the automotive industry, working as a designer for a number of British, automotive manufacturers to refine his expertise.

Kevin Marshall

As Microsoft’s Senior Creative Director of Packaging Design and Content Development (PAC), Kevin Marshall leads a world-class team of industrial designers, graphic designers, and content creators. His responsibilities include the vision and creative strategy of Microsoft’s packaging systems for its global product lines, including Surface, Xbox, Mixed Reality, and more.

 

He believes that human-centered, innovative packaging is one of a brand’s most vital assets. Creating meaningful packaging is critical to telling holistic product stories, forming lasting consumer relationships and growing business value. Through cross-organizational partnerships, Keivn and his team spearhead Microsoft’s design platforms and deliver the most accessible, sustainable and agile packaging and content experiences possible.

His career spans 30 years and includes leading brand and packaging design teams in the luxury, beauty and premium packaged goods sectors.

Prior to joining Microsoft, he was Creative Director of Marc Rosen Associates, an international, award-winning branding and design agency.  Prior to that, he was Global Packaging Design Director for Avon Products, Inc., responsible for packaging and content across all global brands and channels.
