Candidates must:

­Have work experience within a customer interfacing business environment
­Be highly self-motivated and have hunger to succeed
­Be able to self-manage and plan effectively
­Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in order to create rapport
­Be driven by targets and be passionate about what they do
­­Have a full UK driver’s licence
­Operate out of their local Kite Regional Distribution Centre
